[News] Super Junior, Mr. Simple breaks through 100,000 copies! ‘Album Kings again’

Super Junior has demonstrated their credits as the ‘album kings’.

Super Junior had released their full-lengthed 5th album “Mr. Simple” on the 3rd of August. After its release, the album sales of “Mr. Simple” had already swept the Hanteo Charts’ daily chart, real time chart and weekly charts, and has also surpassed 100,000 albums sold on the 15th.

Recently, because of the growth of the digital market, digital singles would be recording stronger sales records as compared to the sales of physical albums, but regardless of that Super Junior had recorded amazing sales records. Also, aside from winning first place at the same time of their comeback on the 11th on Mnet M!Countdown for their title song “Mr. Simple”, they also came out as first place winners on KBS2 Music Bank which was broadcasted on the 12th. In addition to that, they have also clinched the top positions on the weekly charts of various music sites, including Soribada (2nd), Melon (4th), Bugs (4th), and more, demonstrating their hot popularity.
