On the fourth day of his fast Anna Hazare said that "I have taken a decision of my life...if Jan Lokpal Bill is not brought in the Monsoon Session, then I will continue my fast beyond 21 days,"
Arvind Kejriwal said, that now we are willing to have discussion with the Government with open mind if they are willing to suggest a better way of fighting corruption. But we are not willing to compromise on formula, which says leave 20 per cent of corrupt people without any institution, which investigates them for corruption. That kind of compromise is not acceptable to us."
Kejriwal said that no politician would be allowed to share the stage with Anna Hazare.
Last 4 days Anna has not eaten.
Anna reached the Ramlila Maidan almost three hours after he walked out of the Tihar Jail at 11:40 AM on Friday morning.
Anna left Tihar Jail at 11.40 am and made his way atop a truck to Rajghat and India Gate before arriving at Ramlila Maidan.
At Ramlila Maidan Anna addressed the crowd and said that
"The countrymen should not lose this spirit. This is our fight against corruption. I have lost 3 kg but I am getting energy from my supporters across the country. I have full faith in my country. This government has looted the country. We will now only sit in peace when the corruption gets removed from the country. Till Jan Lokpal Bill is passed, we will not leave Ramlila Maidan," announced Hazare as thousands of his supporters waved the Indian flag and shouted slogans in his favor.
"You should not allow this torch of struggle to be put out whether Anna is alive or not,"
He was checked by cardiovascular and cardiothoracic surgeon Dr Naresh Trehan at the Ramlila Maidan.
He had also undergone a medical examination on Friday morning with the doctors declaring that he had lost 3 kgs in three days and weighed 68 kg.
Anna weighed 71 kg when he was arrested and sent to the Tihar Jail.
A team of 36 doctors, assisted by Dr Naresh Trehan, would be monitoring the health of Anna Hazare round the clock during his hunger strike.
While talking with CNN-IBN BJP leader Varun Gandhi said that next week he will introduce Team Anna's draft Jan Lokpal Bill in the Lok Sabha
NDTV reported that Independent Rajya Sabha member Rajeev Chandraskehar submitted a copy of Anna's draft Bill as a Private Member's Bill for tabling on August 8.
The Chairman of the Rajya Sabha will check the bill and send it to President Pratibha Patil for consent. If she gives her consent then it can be taken up in Parliament after a month.
The Monsoon session ends on September 8.
Private Members' Bills are taken up for discussion in the Parliament in the second half of every Friday and since September 8 is a Thursday, Janlokpal Bill will miss the date and it can be taken up only in winter session.
Sopan Laxman Mare, President of the Mumbai Lunch Box Suppliers Association, said the dabbawalas, would go on strike for the first time in their 120-year history.

He is fighting against corruption for the people of the country. 5000 dabbawalas and 200,000 customers will go on strike on Friday in support of Anna's movement.
After 4 days few congress leaders accepted that arresting Anna was a mistake.
Sandeep Dikshit who is the son of Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit and Lok Sabha MP from the East Delhi constituency said that "It was a mistake to arrest Anna Hazare. The government has realized that it's a mistake and rectified it. I would want that the way he (Anna) has supported the public, he should also guide the government and help break this impasse,"
