Indian Females most stressed The Women of Tomorrow Study by Nielsen Company List of 21 Countries surveyed Indian females get first position in stress

On June 28 Nielsen Company released the “Women of Tomorrow” study which studied or examined 6,500 women across 21 different nations from February through April 2011

The study report found that 87% of Indian women said they felt stressed most of the time, with 82% claiming they had no time to relax.


Below is the list of 21 Countries along with the percentage of women who reported their stress from each country:

The study found that Indian women are more stressed and they spend differently.
Study found that Indian women will spend disposable income on themselves. Over three quarters said they would spend on health and beauty products, while 96% said that they would buy clothes.

Survey found that women in developing countries like India spend their additional income on clothes, health and beauty products, groceries and education for their children.

Women in developed countries spend their cash on vacations, savings and paying off debt.

Report also found that women in developing countries think that their daughters will have more opportunities than they had, while women in developed nations believe their daughters will only have the same opportunities as they had.
