IBN7 Expose – Bihar Government allots land to son and daughters of Politicians and IAS officers – Land Scam

Bihar Government has allotted land to following people who are relatives of politicians and IAS officers.

1.
Urvashi Sahi, daughter of Bihar's Education Minister PK Sahi has been allotted 87,120 sq ft of land belonging to Bihar Industrial Development Authority (BIDA)


2.
Rehmat Fatima, daughter of high profile IAS officer and Chief Secretary of the Irrigation Department Afzal Amanullah has also been allotted 87,120 sq ft of land belonging to the state industrial development authority.

3.
Rahul Kumar, son of JD (U) MP Jagdish Sharma has been allotted land for setting up a private factory near Hajipur.

4.
Son of BJP MLC Ashok Agarwal has been given land in Forbesganj. 4 Farmers died when they saw they are losing their land and they are helpless as they do not have means to fight people.

After the report of IBN7 exposing the land scam Bihar government chief minister Nitish Kumar ordered inquiry into this land scam.

Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has said that Bihar Chief Secretary will conduct an inquiry in this matter.
