Did Japanese group plagiarize B2ST’s song, ‘Bad Girl’?

Japanese group U.I.C (UGLY in CLARITY) raised doubts of plagiarism by making their song similar to Korean Idol group B2ST’s ‘Bad Girl’. The song, which raised doubts of plagiarism, called ‘NAKED SUN’ and it was released on June 8, from U.I.C’s first ablum, ADDICTRO. The rap part of this song and the entire melody sound similar to ‘Bad Girl’, so that people who know the song ‘Bad Girl’ can even sing.

Group U.I.C have been release their songs online since in February, 2010. ‘NAKED SUN’ was also released in June, 2010. However, B2ST’s ‘Bad Girl’ was released 8 months earlier in October, 2009.
People want the Cube Entertainment to take an action for this situation.
One of the officials of Cube Entertainment said, “B2ST’s fans told us about the doubt of plagiarism. We don’t know about the U.I.C’s song yet, but we will figure out soon.”

Meanwhile, U.I.C is a group with 3 female vocals and 4 male rappers. They put a song, dance, and rap together and made their own genre ‘ELECTROCK’.
