2G Scam Claims made by Corporate lobbyist Nira Radia and Sharad Pawar

Anil Ambani's Reliance Communications controlled Swan Telecom, which wasn't itself eligible for a 2G license because of a cross holding clause.

Radia also told the CBI that Union Agriculture Minister Sharad Pawar may be controlling the controversial DB Realty.
3. Radia claimed that Pawar may have had a hand in procuring 2G spectrum and the licence for Swan Telecom.
4. When asked how she knew about this, Radia said, "That as per the general perception in Mumbai as well as outside, DB Realty directly or indirectly is controlled by Sharad Pawar and his family members.
5. Nira claimed that Raja was not interested in the Telecom Ministry and that she never approached DMK MP Kanimozhi to make Raja the minister.

7. Radia also said she had discussed the Anil Ambani-Sunil Mittal issue with Bharatiya Janata Party leader and former prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee's son-in-law.
Sharad Pawar has close ties with Shahid Usman Balwa's business partner and DB Realty Director Vinod Goenka.

Eknath Khadse, Leader of Opposition in the Maharashtra Assembly, has alleged that Pawar flew to Dubai in 2010 with Goenka, Balwa on a DB Realty-owned plane
Eknath Khadse has also said that DB Realty has an investment in Panchsheel Technology Park
Pawar's daughter Supriya Sule and son-in-law Sadanand Sule are promoters of Panchsheel Technology Park
Agriculture Minister Sharad Pawar has denied that he has any stake in or link to the real estate and telecom companies owned by Shahid Balwa
