Tumulak is the former
Ms. Philippines Fire 2009, a fashion model and a beauty queen from the
Philippines.
Binibining Pilipinas 2011 will be held on April 10 and will be aired at
ABS-CBN. It will be participated by 40 candidates from different regions and provinces in the Philippines.
