They're just friends. That is according to Kapuso actress Jennylyn Mercado and Kapamilya actor-host Luis Manzano. Yeah, right! If they say so.
But what could be a better way to blossom that friendship than to spend your very limited moments together in a vacation and shopping spree far from the judgmental and assuming eyes of local press and showbiz netizens - probably in Hong Kong!
In her very recent stint as guest host in GMA-7's Sunday showbiz talk show "Showbiz Central" Jennylyn admitted that she went out of the country with rumored (boy) friend Luis in what she called a "friendly group date".
"Okay naman. Kasama ko 'yung friends ko. Madami kami, thirteen kami," Jennlylyn revealed.
"Siyempre kapag kasama ko 'yung mga friends ko, may mga girls, kanya-kanyang shopping. Sa boys kanya-kanya din silang ginagawa. Kami, focus kaming mga girls sa kung anu-anong mga shopping so hindi masyado nakapag-bonding." she further detailed.
