According to the Supreme Court official website, Cesareo Antonio Singzon, Jr. (Ateneo de Manila University Law School student) topped the exams garnering the highest rating of 89%. He was followed by the alumni of Ateneo de Manila University, Filemon Ray Javior having a percentage of 86.95%. Arellano University also make it to top 3, Paolo Carlo C. Tolentino got 86.80%. Supreme court clarified that there are 5, 038 total students who have filed petitions for the September 2010 Bar examinations, however, only 5, 012 of them were admitted. The examinations lasted four days; On September 5, 2010 (Sunday) 156 were absent while another 9 of them dropped, only 4, 847 examinees left. This is an important announcement of Supreme Court for all September 2010 Bar Passers :
Oathtaking of the successful Bar candidates is set at 10 a.m. on April 14, 2011, at the Philippine International Convention Center.
The Bar passers may secure their clearances from the Office of the Bar Confidant during office hours, Monday to Friday, beginning March 21 to April 13, 2011, from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
