Puppy Hung in Clothesline by a Filipino Facebook User (Picture)

A Facebook photo of a puppy hang in a clothesline created a stir in animal lovers. According to reports, the picture received lots of disgusting messages from his friends.

The alleged uploader also had his apology in his Facebook account. He explained that he just make fun of his puppy after taking a bath and removing the fleas.


The Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) is on their thorough investigation of the case. They said that aside from paying a fine of 1,000 to 5,000 pesos, the violator will also be punished with 6 to 2 years of imprisonment.
