Weird Banana Tree in Maguindanao with Long Stem of Fruits (Photo)

An unusual banana tree in Maguindanao is now being the center of attention in the yard of Datu Guiamad Dicolano. ABS-CBN reported that unlike the ordinary banana trees, its stem which carries the fruits can reach the ground down to 7 feet.

The banana tree owned by Guimad can specifically be found in Barangay Margues, Datu Odin Sinsuat, Maguindanao. He said that it will just stop from growing if the "heart" reaches the ground. The 7 foot tall banana tree is believed to be from Malaysia or Africa.
