An alleged video of Justin Bieber while hitting a fan has been reported to be circulating online. News reports said that while Bieber arrived at the airport for a Manila concert and warmly welcomed by excited fans, Justin somewhat got mad and hit one of his fans. Did he intentionally hit the fan? or just an incident?
