Delhi Court allowed the DMK MP Kanimozhi''s plea seeking exemption from personal appearance before it in connection with the 2G spectrum scam case
Today CBI Court granted permission and allowed Kanimozhi, daughter of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M Karunanidhi not to appear on May 12 and May 13 Court Hearing.
The court granted exemption to Sharad Kumar MD and CEO of Kalaignar TV.
Both Kanimozhi and Sharad Kumar got the exemption not to appear before the Court of law.
Kanimozhi and Sharad Kumar both have to appear before ED and income tax department.
On May 12 they will appear before Income tax department and on May 13 they will appear before ED.

The special CBI court postponed Kanimozhi's hearing till May 20 on Saturday.
Special CBI Judge O P Saini said that "The order is deferred to May 20.
CBI lawyer A K Singh told reporters outside the court that the only reason which the judge gave for not pronouncing the order was that it was not ready. The court also adjourned its pronouncement of order till May 20 on the bail plea of Sharad Kumar, MD and CEO of Kalaignar TV.
Also for suspiciously-timed payments made by telecom giants to her NGO - Tamil Maiyyam.
