Steve Jobs' Autobiography 'Steve Jobs' Hit Bookstores on March 6, 2012

Steve Jobs approved the release of his first autobiography titled "Steve Jobs."

The publisher, Simon and Schuester, originally wanted to title the book "iSteve: The Book of Jobs," but author Walter Isaacson wasn't too keen on the puns, so he decided to keep it simple.

Isaacson, who has also written biographies of Henry Kissinger, Benjamin Franklin, and Albert Einstein, conducted "exclusive and unprecedented" interviews with Jobs for the book, which is being touted as the "definitive portrait of the greatest innovator of his generation." It'll give readers an in-depth look into Jobs' extraordinary career, his family, and his increasing health concerns as he continues to battle pancreatic cancer.

Set to hit shelves on March 6, 2012, the book can now preorder on Amazon for a huge discount.
